Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Leeds
Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join a dynamic team in an excellent organisation!
Location: Remote (Hybrid 1 Day per Week Leeds)
Rate: £190-230 Per Day
Duration: Initially until March 2025
Start: Immediate
Person specification:
- Master's level degree in science, mathematics or computing discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience in creating and developing SQL server queries, stored procedures and managing SQL server source control
- Proficiency in data management, architecture and interpreting complex data sets to produce reports
- Advanced understanding of BI architecture, including ETL, SSIS, data warehousing and data modelling
- Advanced knowledge of statistics, database design and BI technology, including tools like QlikView, Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in writing reports, managing technical publications and developing SQL-based reporting tools such as SSRS
- Knowledge of GDPR, information governance, and the importance of reporting standards
- Expertise in configuring and managing BI tools and environments, including security, service support and version control
- Ability to manage multiple workloads and provide guidance to ensure high-quality outputs
