Branch Manager

Salary: 30k - 40k DOE
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Saturday - (1 Saturday every few weeks with day off in lieu in the week)

We are representing an innovative and forward-thinking property company based in Headingley, who are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch/Office Manager to drive and develop the business.

The Key Duties of the Branch Manager

  • Developing business plans and attaining sales goals
  • Delivering great customer care
  • Growing revenue through increased lending activity
  • Managing resources and staff
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing training and tutoring to employees as necessary


The Key Criteria of the Branch Manager

  • Management experience essential
  • Property experience in lettings/ student lettings would be desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of the industry as well as consulting/sales experience would be beneficial
  • HR experience beneficial
