Are you a Branch Manager with a background in Automotive Parts Sales, seeking a stable position within one of the UK's leading motor parts suppliers? Join their newest branch in a role that offers an attractive commission structure, allowing you to significantly enhance your earnings.

This well-established company is a leading distributor of car and van replacement parts across the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions, with 12 thriving locations. They focus on developing their team by providing access to an in-house training academy at their head office and offering enhanced benefits based on tenure. In this dynamic role, you will take responsibility for driving the branch's growth and ensuring strong market penetration. Key duties include tracking and reporting daily sales, overseeing administrative and operational tasks, and working with other managers to identify new market opportunities. You'll also lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

This role will be suited to a Branch manager or similar within the Automotive industry, looking for a stable role with a market leading supplier, offering access to a lucrative commission scheme to significantly boost your earnings.

The Role:
* Drive Sales and Business growth
* Help penetrate new markets
* Ensure H&S protocol and business values are maintained
* Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30
* Alternate Saturday 08:00 - 13:00

The Person:
* Automotive Branch / Sales managerial experience
* Happy to provide support to sales staff
* Can work alternate weekends
* Commutable to Leeds
