Catch 22 are working with a large scale logistics employer who are are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead a team in delivering high cleaning standards across a large commercial estate on the outskirts of Leeds. You will drive efficiency, manage budgets, and ensure compliance while enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors and frontline staff
- Ensure health & safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies
- Improve processes and working methods
- Deliver excellent customer service and team performance
Ideal Applicant:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a 'can-do' attitude
- Health & Safety knowledge and reporting of COSHH and RIDDOR incidents
- Experience in customer service and commercial awareness
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and IT skills
- Able to undertake a high security background check
- Flexible with working shifts, including nights, evenings and weekends.
- Access to own vehicle preferred due to rural location
This role is paying a salary of £40,000 on a permanent, full time basis.
