Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Oversee and support teams across our group companies.
    • Foster a compassionate and motivating environment to ensure team productivity and engagement.
    • Handle HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and team development.
  • Operational Support & Compliance:

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business units.
    • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as a key point of contact for operational queries and feedback.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight:

    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
    • Support financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • IT Systems Management:

    • Use and optimize IT systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
