Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a compassionate and motivating environment to ensure team productivity and engagement.
- Handle HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and team development.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business units.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational queries and feedback.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Support financial forecasting and reporting.

- Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
