Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are currently working with a Health & Wellbeing company based in Leeds and surrounding areas. They are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator on a part time, fixed term contract. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a strong administration background who is looking to gain more experience within a busy and fast paced environment.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 9AM - 5PM and the contract will run for 12 months.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties to include welcoming visitors, responding to general info inbox, booking of meeting rooms, postal duties, handling incoming money, covering of the incoming calls, when required.
  • Supporting the Office and Facilities Manager with maintaining health and safety to include carrying out health and safety checks, DSE support, recording of maintenance tasks, weekly fire alarm testing, undertaking fire marshal and first aider duties.
  • Providing administrative and diary management support
  • Facilities duties including keeping the kitchen, reception and meeting rooms tidy, assisting with meeting room set ups, replenishing stocks, creating signage and occasional opening/locking up of the office (in accordance with lone working procedures).
  • Creating ID badges
  • Finance administration support

Experience Needed:

  • Maths and English GCSE grade C or Above (or equivalent)
  • High level of IT skills, proficient with a wide range of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to use initiative and to work in a proactive manner
  • Experience of working on reception or in a customer facing role
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities
  • Experience of handling confidential information in an administrative setting, in line with data protection legislation
  • Motivated, confident and resilient
