Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of school facilities across multiple sites.
- Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Manage budgets and resources related to facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
- Support the school’s operational needs and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a school facilities or caretaking role.
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle, as travel between different school sites is required.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
