Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a global manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Service Manager based near Leeds.
The UK Service Manager will oversee and manage all operational aspects of support services and customer support.
This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality services that meet organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
Duties of the UK Service Manager will include:
- Develop and implement the operational strategy for Services
- Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to improve functionality, efficiency, and safety
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Services team
- Develop and manage budgets for Services operations
- Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure fiscal responsibility
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Key attributes of the UK Service Manager will include:
- Degree qualified
- Proven experience in operations management, facilities management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong financial/commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Experience of working within an Aftermarket environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
