Lead Administrator
Our client, a leading third-party administrator in the UK, is seeking a Lead Administrator to join their growing team as they continue to expand.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of delegated tasks within the team, ensuring accuracy by reviewing work before submission and providing feedback to support team development.
- Handle complex cases efficiently, ensuring effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the manager to allocate tasks and manage workload distribution.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in DB pension administration is required.
- Strong experience in reviewing and checking junior team member's work.
- Proven technical knowledge of pensions.
This role offers the flexibility to be hybrid or fully remote.
