Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a fast growing organisation to find an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join their team on an 18-month Fixed Term basis.

As Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, your key duties will be:

  • Leading and supporting global initiatives for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, along with driving cultural transformation efforts, to help the organisation evolve its culture
  • Support clear and strategic communication on cultural change and DEIB initiatives, partnering with both internal and external communications teams to guarantee effective message delivery
  • Create, manage, execute, and evaluate global initiatives within the DEIB strategy to ensure successful implementation

This is an exciting opportunity to join this impressive, growing organisation! You ideally will have proven experience in planning and executing DEI initiatives and skilled in designing and assessing employee and cultural surveys, as well as excellent communication skills.
