Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for all support staff recruitment, providing end to end solutions for your stakeholders and an excellent candidate experience for all applicants.

Duties will include:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level support roles.

  • First point of contact for all recruitment activity
  • Put together, post and manage job descriptions and job adverts.
  • Screening of CV's, shortlisting candidates and arranging assessments and interviews
  • Providing feedback and putting together offer letters and paperwork.
  • Develop talent pools and talent pipelines, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and the wider business on recruitment trends and market updates
  • Optimise the use of AI tools to drive efficiencies in the recruitment process

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid recruitment experience, ideally from a Professional Services environment
  • Experience in handling the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proven experience of sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Ability to utilise various candidate attraction methods to include social media and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level.
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Microsoft Forms) and working knowledge of candidate management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
