Van Driver (Part-Time)
Employment type: Permanent (PAYE) Part-Time. 2 days per week ideally Tuesday & Wednesday.
Location: Leeds
Salary: 12.21 per hour, 183.15 per week, 732.60 per month. Van provided.
Hours: 15 hours per week. 7.5 hours per day.
The role
We are currently seeking a reliable Van Driver to work for our esteemed client, a renowned industrial Tooling company. As a market leader in the industry, our client works closely with numerous blue-chip manufacturing companies.
Based at their Leeds depot, you will have the opportunity to drive to various client sites in the North of England, where you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of industrial tools and associated equipment.

Example of Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operating a van to transport goods to their designated location.
- Loading and unloading materials and packages
- Planning and following assigned routes or schedules.
- Adhering to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
- Keeping the van clean and in good working condition.
- Reporting any accidents, violations, or mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities.
- Communicating with dispatch or supervisor regarding any changes, delays, or issues.
- Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, punctual, and helpful.
Van Driver Requirements:
- UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication skills
- Van drivers are expected to be reliable, punctual, and able to follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
