If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role:Join a property services organisation managing over 4,000 homes across the West Yorkshire area. As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be primarily responsible for kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, and carrying out disrepair work to our tenants' homes. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team delivering high-quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, and general joinery work within social housing properties
  • Performing disrepair work to maintain the safety and comfort of our tenants
  • Carry out other minor repairs in plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with tenants

Requirements:

  • Fully skilled in joinery
  • Knowledge and experience in other trades such as plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be flexible to take on overtime and be part of the on-call rota
