If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role:Join a property services organisation managing over 4,000 homes across the West Yorkshire area. As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will be primarily responsible for kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, and carrying out disrepair work to our tenants' homes. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team delivering high-quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, and general joinery work within social housing properties
- Performing disrepair work to maintain the safety and comfort of our tenants
- Carry out other minor repairs in plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with tenants
Requirements:
- Fully skilled in joinery
- Knowledge and experience in other trades such as plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be flexible to take on overtime and be part of the on-call rota
