Carry out a variety of joinery work including repairs, maintenance, and installations
Ensure high standards of workmanship, meeting health and safety regulations
Complete tasks across a diverse range of social housing properties
Maintain excellent communication with tenants and the wider team
Ensure work is completed on time, to specification, and within budget

Requirements:

Social housing experience is essential
Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
