Psychiatric Injury Fee Earner My client, a well-established and award-winning firm in Leeds, is looking for an experienced fee earner to join their busy Psychiatric Injury Department. The team specializes in a range of psychiatric illness matters, with a particular focus on Stress at Work claims. This role involves managing an existing caseload of these claims, with the opportunity to expand into other psychiatric injury cases. My client is dedicated to delivering a professional, yet friendly and personal service, always putting clients first and ensuring that their mental health needs are considered throughout the legal process. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of complex, multi-track psychiatric injury cases caused by workplace stress (under supervision).
  • Handling fee-earning work while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.
Essential Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ fee-earning experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling litigated personal injury cases, particularly in Industrial Disease and/or Clinical Negligence.
Desired Experience:
  • Some experience with Employment Tribunal cases or a solid understanding of employment law, given the overlap with workplace stress claims.
  • Experience working with vulnerable clients.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim case management system.
