- Managing a caseload of complex, multi-track psychiatric injury cases caused by workplace stress (under supervision).
- Handling fee-earning work while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.
- Minimum of 5 years’ fee-earning experience.
- At least 2 years of experience handling litigated personal injury cases, particularly in Industrial Disease and/or Clinical Negligence.
- Some experience with Employment Tribunal cases or a solid understanding of employment law, given the overlap with workplace stress claims.
- Experience working with vulnerable clients.
- Familiarity with Proclaim case management system.
