Job Title: Gaming Supervisor
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £13.50 p/h + on average £250 p/m tips
Full-time or part-time
Overview:
The Gaming Supervisor at our client's casino is responsible for overseeing multiple gaming tables, ensuring compliance, coaching dealers, and proactively resolving customer disputes. This role requires a minimum of four years' experience in table supervision and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage multiple tables and game types, ensuring compliance with business expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive service culture
- Coach and develop dealers to enhance gaming efficiency and professionalism
- Ensure game protection by identifying and reporting suspicious activity and major play actions
- Handle first-level dispute resolution and proactively address potential issues
- Monitor customer play levels and identify high-value players
- Oversee and conduct gaming transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
- Maintain compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gaming policies, anti-money laundering, data protection, and health & safety regulations
- Deputise for the Pit Boss as required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Be part of a 24/7 operation; flexibility required for shifts, including nights and weekends
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in table gaming supervision
- Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder
- Advanced proficiency in all available casino games
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff effectively
- Strong understanding of gaming legislation and company policies
