Job Title: Gaming Supervisor

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £13.50 p/h + on average £250 p/m tips

Overview:

The Gaming Supervisor at our client's casino is responsible for overseeing multiple gaming tables, ensuring compliance, coaching dealers, and proactively resolving customer disputes. This role requires a minimum of four years' experience in table supervision and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage multiple tables and game types, ensuring compliance with business expectations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive service culture
  • Coach and develop dealers to enhance gaming efficiency and professionalism
  • Ensure game protection by identifying and reporting suspicious activity and major play actions
  • Handle first-level dispute resolution and proactively address potential issues
  • Monitor customer play levels and identify high-value players
  • Oversee and conduct gaming transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
  • Maintain compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gaming policies, anti-money laundering, data protection, and health & safety regulations
  • Deputise for the Pit Boss as required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Be part of a 24/7 operation; flexibility required for shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in table gaming supervision
  • Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder
  • Advanced proficiency in all available casino games
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff effectively
  • Strong understanding of gaming legislation and company policies
