Your duties will include:
- Control the quality levels of products and services relating to food operation and sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Oversee, coordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to always ensure the highest quality.
- Offer great customer service and answer guests' needs appropriately.
- Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & take pride in work. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
