Head Chef role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic culinary team, driving the development and execution of our seasonal menus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Chinese cuisine, with a creative approach to blending traditional and contemporary techniques.

Head Chef key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development
- Lead the creative process for our seasonal menus, experimenting with unique flavour combinations, colours, and presentations to deliver dishes that are both innovative and true to our brand.
- Manage and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across the menu.
- Work closely with our carefully selected suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
- Oversee the tasting process, refining dishes up to ten times to achieve perfection before they are added to the menu.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure that every customers dining experience is seamless, engaging, and memorable.
Head Chef qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-end restaurant or Hotel Background
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team.
- Creative flair with a passion for experimenting with new flavours and presentations.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
