We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Head Chef for the Cross Keys in Holbeck, Leeds.
The successful candidate will work alongside the directors in influencing, developing and delivering the food menu and will work closely alongside the general manager and front of house team to deliver outstanding customer service and engagement.
Although we would prefer someone with previous experience of running a kitchen, we would also be delighted to speak with candidates keen to make the step up to their first head chef role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a fresh, seasonal, delicious menu.
- Recruiting, training and developing an exceptional kitchen team.
- Ensuring a close control on kitchen costs and working to set wage and GP targets.
- Achieving and maintaining a 5* EHO rating.
