We are seeking a talented Head Chef for a new restaurant opening in Leeds.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a renowned Indian chef to provide high-quality, seasonal cuisine.
This role involves managing a medium-sized kitchen brigade under the Executive Chef's guidance.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in reputable Indian restaurants at the Sous or Senior Sous level.
The position is contracted for 40 hours a week, with an immediate start available, and a salary is not specified.

We are recruiting for a talented and ambitious Head Chef for a new opening in Leeds. You will be working with a well known top Indian chef to deliver top quality , seasonal food to a busy restaurant.

You will be responsible for overseeing a medium sized brigade, under the guidance of an Executive Chef.

You should have experience working at reputable Indian restaurants to at least Sous / Senior Sous level.

Contracted to 40 hours a week.
