This independent Bar & Restaurant in this leafy North/West leeds suburb are looking to recruit a head chef to head up the team of talented chefs serving a modern, all day casual dining menu for this new concept in an existing bar and restaurant, so a great time to get invoiced at conception stage, with all dishes made each day from fresh in-house.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen
Experience working within a similar independent casual dining venue
Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team
Spot on knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning
Experience working to specs and GP control
Proven experience menu planning
Understanding of the latest allergen, H&S & haccp procedures and regulations
