Admin Officer Leeds Social Security and Child Support Tribunal

Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:00pm
temporary until 31/03/2025
£11.59ph then rises to £11.88ph after 12 weeks

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Admin Officer Leeds Social Security and Child Support Tribunal with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for the overall running of the courts.
Responsibilities include:

  • Administration tasks using internal IT systems (full training provided)
  • Data input
  • Updating and organising Excel spreadsheets
  • Monitoring email in-box
  • Tribunal hearing clerking
  • email correspondence
  • processing of Tribunal Admin work
  • Telephone calls
  • Portal management
  • Listing appeals for hearing.


Skills and Experience required:

Great communication skills and excellent telephone manner
Able to work at pace
Positive, can-do attitude
Customer service experience
Able to multitask
Strong admin ability
IT literate, use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
