- A proven track record in delivering multiple projects and/or work-streams to set deadlines
- Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including experience of Data cleansing pension scheme data/pensions data and Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP) projects
- Good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
- Good to have experience in creating bulk solutions to correct pensions data or carry out pension scheme calculations
- Knowledge of Guaranteed Minimum Pensions(GMP), GMP Equalisation or GMP Rectification, etc.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data to a broad audience
- Ability to work both independently and in teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- An ability to foster and support the delivery of projects within a team environment
- Inquisitive, self-starter attitude and ability to work using own initiative
- Experience of pension administration systems
