Account Manager 

Basic Salary circa 30K+ (DOE) + uncapped monthly sales bonus

Office-based in Leeds (Gelderd Road, LS12)

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

If you are a proactive and personable professional with experience building strong client relationships, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our friendly and supportive team at our Leeds office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full customer journey, from quote to delivery, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing each customer’s sales order from start to finish - from quotation and payment, through to ordering components and arranging delivery.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your assigned customers, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships.
  • Handling incoming customer calls and providing clear, helpful responses to all enquiries.
  • Creating accurate and timely quotes for prospective clients.
  • Maintaining and updating our HubSpot CRM system to ensure records are always current.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

Skills and Experience

  • A confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage workload effectively.
  • A willingness to learn the technical aspects of our product offering.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • IT literate- familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
