You'll also get to attend trade shows and have the opportunity to grow within the business and build your career.The Role:

  • This is an office based sales role, looking after an account base of customers. You'll be building relationships and understanding your clients' needs to grow their spend and maximise potential in the account.
  • You'll speak to each client regularly to explore sales opportunities and create solutions to customer problems.
  • You will spend around 20% of your time prospecting and identifying new business opportunities and managing that pipeline through the CRM system.
  • This is a targeted role, working to KPIs and sales processes
  • You'll also attend trade shows and network within the industry sector.

The Person:

  • We're looking for someone who already has some sales experience, either new business or account management and is comfortable managing relationships over the phone.
  • Someone who can work well in a team would be a great fit, it's a dynamic environment and we enjoy a great team atmosphere
  • Communication skills are key, we need someone who is confident and articulate on the phone and can build great relationships
  • You'll be someone who enjoys fact finding to identify a problem and help devise a solution.
  • Someone used to logging information on a CRM system, this is core to the business so good IT skills are a must.
  • You'll be persistent, self motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious as we hope you'll build a long term career

The Package:

  • The basic salary for the role is circa £30,000 dependent on experience
  • There is an uncapped OTE which will be between £35k and £40k
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
