Area to be covered: North East, Yorkshire, DE & NG
Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + 10% bonus
Benefits: £6,600 annual car allowance or company car & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Wood Products will involve:
- Area Sales Manager position promoting a range of engineered wood products
- All of your time will be spent sealing with independent merchants, buying groups, distributors and retailers
- Develop working relationships with key decision makers i.e. branch manager, timber specialist and regional management
- Predominately managing existing account however will be expected to generate new business
- Regular upkeep of CRM
- Covering the North East, Yorkshire, DE, NG ideally based North Yorkshire
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Wood Products with:
- Must have field sales experience in the building products industry
- Must have sold to merchants
- Ideally sold timber / wood products however not essential
- Analytical thinker
- Relationship builder, but also capable of new business development
- Hungry and with a desire to succeed
