Field Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Preferably North of England)
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 base salary + 5,000 commission

One of the UK's leading in-box protection specialists, providing innovative packaging solutions. With continued growth they are expanding the UK sales team. As part of this growth, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to drive new business and account development.

The Role
As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and expanding accounts across various B2B sectors. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities within B2B sectors and Distributor Networks.
- Managing and developing strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Planning and conducting client visits, presenting product samples, and leading sales discussions.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and supply commitments.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including production and logistics, to meet customer requirements.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Contributing to product and process improvements, including new sustainable product developments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B Sales/Account Management, selling into B2B and Distributor Networks.
- At least 5 years of sales experience within the packaging industry and supply chain services.
- Proven track record of growing existing and new business.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organizational skills.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen to secure sales across diverse markets.
