Multiple vacancies areas will be determined on location: ideally based Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow or Birmingham

Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £70,000+

Benefits: company car OR car allowance + full benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager - Mastclimbing Systems will involve:

  • Area Sales Manager position selling the hire and sale of mastclimbing solutions
  • Working on both refurbishment and new build projects
  • All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, civil engineering companies and other specialist sub-contractors for example: Kier, RG Group, KF Group, ISG, Sir Robert McAlpine and D&B Facades
  • Will be targeted to achieve circa £2.5m turnover on your territory use up and running
  • Order values circa £100k-£200k
  • Working on predominantly high rise commercial projects such as office blocks, mixed used hotel / residential tower, hotel, student accommodation
  • Will be handed multiple on-going projects that have already been quoted on
  • Working closely with National Sales Manager and internal team

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager - Mastclimbing Systems experience with:

  • Must have passion, energy and bags of enthusiasm
  • Ideally from a cladding, building envelope / facades background
  • Ideally have experience selling to main contractors, sub-contractors, façade contractors, civil contractors, civil engineering companies and other specialist sub-contractors
  • Would consider other routes to market in the construction industry if you have the ability to learn
  • Must have the ability to pick up technical products
  • Comfortable liaising on construction sites
  • Money hungry, motivated and ambitious
