About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of food production equipment, specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge machinery. They are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales of their aftermarket solutions, including maintenance contracts, service packages, refurbishments, and equipment upgrades.

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with experience in B2B solution selling. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to support clients in maximising the efficiency and longevity of their machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within the food production industry, existing customers.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client operations and challenges to provide value-driven solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Sell aftermarket services such as maintenance contracts, equipment refurbishments, and upgrades.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery.
