I’m looking for exactly that, someone who is used to consultative sales and longer sales cycles. This is to join a property management company with a unique business model which offers a beneficial security solution for those within the property sector.

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in consultative sales with success managing extended sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn
- Excellence in relationship selling across complex decision-making units
- Strong consultative approach to understand and address client pain points
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset for long-term opportunity development
- Self-motivation with the ability to maintain momentum through lengthy sales processes
- Knowledge of the property/construction/ sector would be advantageous
