Chief Commercial OfficerWest Yorkshire with National travel £70,000 + Package Elevation Recruitment Group are thrilled to be the exclusive partner to Ferno UK in their appointment of a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the business in their continued success. The Chief Commercial Officer will take overall responsibility for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams instilling a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a diverse skillset. A highly skilled leader, but someone who is also happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved with the customer. Whilst experience selling into the NHS/ Ambulance Services or working with Vehicle Builders / Converters would be extremely advantageous, Ferno UK manufacture mechanically powered products so a solid technical sales background within a mechanical engineering environment would work well for this role. Essential Skills & Experience: · Significant commercial leadership and people management experience, with a proven and demonstrable track record in business growth · A strong ‘hunter’ mentality, someone that is hungry for success and can foster that culture within teams· Solid experience managing Sales, Marketing and Service teams is key to the success of this role· An understanding of Public Sector frameworks and tender processes· Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets· Proven ability to plan and implement organisational strategies and operational objectives· Exceptional interpersonal skills, someone that leads from the front· Problem solving, creative thinking and decision-making skills, including the ability to make challenging decisions· Excellent presentation and communication skills, in PowerPoint, written, and verbal aspects
