Content Marketing ManagerWe are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing technology organisation who are recruiting a Content Marketing Manager based in Leeds. Our client is well established but recent investment and developments of their tech stack means they are gearing for growth.As Content Manager, you will own the  content strategy and execution across all channels, creating compelling content for their business audiences. You will combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to drive organic growth and support sales enablement.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the marketing funnel and marketing and business objectives• Create engaging, SEO-optimised content across multiple formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content initiatives• Drive the SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking• Use tools like Semrush and GA4 to monitor rankings, keyword gaps, identify opportunities, and measure content performance• Implement technical SEO best practices and optimise existing content for improved search visibility• Build and manage an editorial calendar across all content channels• Develop and document content processes and style guidelines• Coordinate with external content creators and agencies when needed• Manage content distribution across multiple channels including the website, email, and social media platformsKey Requirements• Substantial content marketing experience at a senior level, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth through content marketing• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like Semrush• Excellent writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published work• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS systems• Data-driven approach with experience in content performance analysis and reporting• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Hubspot, IntercomWhat they offer!• Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in our Leeds office and 2 days working from home• Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the content strategy during an exciting growth phase• Comprehensive benefits package• Professional development opportunities• Collaborative and innovative work environment
