A Leeds-based legal firm are hiring a CRM Executive, a newly created position after recent expansion of the team!

You will be joining an ambitious group providing a range of commercial services, and who's customer base varies from the individual entrepreneur to some of the UKs most successful companies.

Reporting directly to the marketing manager and working closely with some of the companies most senior employees, this role will continue to evolve as you grow and develop your career.

About You:

  • Graduate (with a degree in Business Management, Data, Marketing or something similar) OR a professional with previous experience using a CRM or client databases.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbally, and able to work closely with senior members of the team.
  • Able to work with a proactive approach, and work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Good organisational skills, time management and a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in professional services, data analysis and reporting skills are preferable though not essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Becoming an internal champion for group CRM use, by coordinating closely with senior colleagues to collect, report and analyse data related to Business Development activities
  • Generating insights for improvement and growth, and passing this on to the relevant person for BD.
  • Data admin support and ensuring new / existing data is accurate.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with wider marketing activities.
  • Evolving the CRM into a tool which can be used to spot trends, leading to campaigns off the back of this.

Where You'll Be Based:

Your office will be based in Leeds City Centre, and easily commutable from the surrounding area. After an initial probation period, you have the option to work from home one day per week.
