Description
- Management of the UK & Export Customer Service function responsible for managing B2B Customers
- Ownership of the order management process, ensuring order are delivered in line with pre agreed SLA's
- Work across the order supply chain, working closely with warehouse, supply chain and logistics
- Own Export process and activities to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met
- Drive and improve OTIF performance
- Identify and highlight areas for improvement across the customer supply chain, driving positive change where required
- Liaise with and build strong working relationships with key customers through regular and clear communications
- Provide team with all the information and tools available to be successful in role
- Create and present reports to senior leadership team
- Liaise with production planning to understand lead team and share updated delivery dates
