What you'll do as a Customer Success Executive:

  • Manage all aspects of post-sale customer interactions, ensuring smooth order processing and proactive communication
  • Build strong relationships with customers, delivering an outstanding experience from purchase to delivery and beyond
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and expertise
  • Process and track customer orders with meticulous attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handover
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer success processes

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or service role in an office setting, preferably within a B2B company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
