Salary: £30,(Apply online only) - £50,(Apply online only) basic salary

Location: Leeds City Centre, Parking available

Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays

The Role:

  • Bringing in New Business: Generate and secure new client opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
  • Developing Existing Business: Expand relationships with current clients, identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Client Nurturing: Maintain and nurture the clients you bring on board, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calling and Lead Generation: Initiate cold calls to secure appointments with prospects, identifying wider sales opportunities beyond the initial lead.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter customer information into our databases, ensuring all communications are properly logged.
  • Lead Follow-Up and Sales Pitches: Maintain a list of potential leads, conduct follow-up sales pitches, and arrange meetings with prospects.
  • Company Knowledge: Stay updated on our services and company news to provide informed sales pitches and client updates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Sales team to convert prospective visits into new customers, recording all communications on Microsoft Teams and/or the CRM system.
  • Consistent Performance: Meet or exceed KPIs and targets, delivering consistent results in line with expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Telephone sales experience, preferable from a B2B background (business to business)
  • Experience working for a Fintech company
  • Money motivated individuals
