Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Location: North Leeds

Salary: £32,000- £36,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

We are seeking a proactive and Sales driven Internal Sales Executive to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Sales professional to manage customer relationships and grow the business.

Objectives

  • Proactive management of small/medium sized accounts to achieve profitable sales growth from these accounts.
  • Proactively manage your workload, working towards any targets given, and share responsibility for all office and administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for SME accounts; providing support and assistance through all of their interactions and transactions.
  • Review outstanding orders/quotations to ensure the conversion is maximised.
  • Identify development potential within existing accounts by studying current business; work with territory manager/Sales Director to identify and evaluate additional needs/opportunities
  • Develop and implement a follow up after sales service for new customers to ensure the service received has met/exceeded their expectations.
  • Responsible for maximising customer potential spending through regular review of orders and recognising upselling opportunities at the quotation stage.
  • Effective utilisation of the CRM system; ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and compliant.
  • Review opportunities within the CRM system to improve internal and external communication.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with external sales team to ensure effective collaboration and development of accounts.
  • Commitment to learning products and applications, processes, and operations

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills are required to develop rapport and build relationships with new/existing customers.
  • Methodical approach to your work ensuring high accuracy of right first time..
  • Understand the business operations and the industry competitive environment.
  • Thrives at working under own initiative/minimum supervision; whilst having the humility and maturity to seek support.
  • Has a passion to succeed and drive sales against pre agreed targets
