  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers, cross functionally within the business and suppliers to foster long-term loyalty.

  • Drive profitable sales through effective telephone communication, utilising a variety of techniques and resources.

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, orders, and stock efficiently.

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, converting them into regular trading accounts.
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to support promotions, sales events, supplier days, and new product launches.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience within an electrical environment whether wholesale or distributor
  • A driven, ambitious individual who thrives within a team environment
  • A confident, tenacious candidate with a track record of driving new and existing growth
  • This role is fully office based in Leeds
