The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing independent customers, providing a tailored service and upselling newly acquired brands
  • Identifying and securing new trade customers to expand the customer base
  • Collaborating with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with new launches and promotional campaigns
  • Researching market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to support and shape the wider sales strategy
  • Conducting face-to-face client visits where appropriate to strengthen rapport and trust
  • Working closely with the wider team to evolve and energise the sales approach as the business scales
  • Representing the brand at trade shows to showcase products and attract new clients
