With a strong foundation and a forward-thinking approach, our client support industries across the UK with exceptional solutions and expert service.To assist in their planned growth they are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead and inspire their internal sales teams across two UK sites.

The role

As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the sales and service strategy, driving performance, and supporting customer satisfaction. Based across two sites, you’ll manage a dedicated team of internal sales professionals, ensuring high levels of motivation, efficiency, and commercial success.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team across both sites.

  • Monitor and drive KPIs and sales targets to ensure strong commercial performance.

  • Collaborate with external sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Support quoting, order processing, and customer relationship management.

  • Identify training needs and deliver continuous development opportunities for the team.

  • Champion CRM usage and data integrity to support business intelligence and planning.

What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in an internal sales management role, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technical sales.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to travel between two UK sites as required.
