Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with a luxury manufacturing business.

Job overview:

Responsible for the development and delivery of the 2 brands’ marketing plans.

Support with their current brand planning and positioning work, and then transfer that across all touchpoints (new website in build, social media, print and exhibitions in particular).

Support the export team with their ambitious plans to bring the brand to an international market, supporting the implementation of the brand into overseas stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute two distinct marketing strategies for export
  • Oversee the implementation of these marketing strategies with the team and wider business.
  • Set strategic priorities and quarterly objectives/goals
  • Work with and inspire the marketing and graphics teams to support your needs
  • Develop branded content for both areas of the business to help our sales teams tell our unique story.
  • Provide marketing collateral and support to our customers (point of sale, web content, packaging etc)
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy including social media to ensure it’s perfectly aligned to the wider marketing strategy.
  • Produce a calendar of events and marketing opportunities.
  • Review changes to the market, consumer trends and competitor activity, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
  • Produce and implement marketing campaigns in line with the overarching strategy.
  • Report on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPI’s.
  • Provide regular business updates reporting on the progress of the department. For example the monthly board report.
  • Identify key events for the business to attend and provide marketing support, for example trade shows.
  • Manage the review process to ensure the reputation of the business is the best it can be.
  • Provide adhoc marketing and creative support to the wider business.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Potential overseas travel to trade exhibitions

Required skills:

  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of print and POS practices
  • Comfortable working on trade/B2B marketing projects
  • Experience of managing websites and social media platforms.
  • General knowledge of CMSs.
  • Good copy writing skills.
  • Campaign analysis and reporting experience (Google Analytics, SEM Rush)
  • Prior experience of managing a digital agency is preferred.
  • Competency in 2nd European language an advantage but not essential

Personal specifications

  • Have previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally with technical/manufacturing experience
  • Able to divide time effectively between the two departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A strong and confident communicator
  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach to react on a day to day basis to all requests
  • Good time management skills
  • Team player and capable of working solo
