- Creative Direction and Strategy: Develop creative ideas and concepts that align with the brand’s objectives.
- Social Media: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement across all platforms and analyse performance.
- Email Campaigns: Plan, analyse, and report on the performance of email campaigns to continually improve outreach and effectiveness.
- Website Management: Keep the company website up to date with fresh content, new products, images etc and collaborate with the website agency to drive continuous improvements.
- Brand Consistency: Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand identity across digital and print mediums.
- Brand Management: Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Public Relations: Oversee the activities of external PR agency to ensure effective brand communication and develop press releases.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and marketing to integrate fresh and innovative ideas into campaigns.
- Marketing Meetings: Participate in monthly discussions with the Managing Director and marketing team to review progress and refine strategies.
- Proven marketing experience with a lifestyle brand, preferably in the interior trade, fashion or textile industry.
- Higher level education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a creative marketing role.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on driving sales and promoting products.
