Are you ready to take the lead in driving innovative marketing strategies for an established and ambitious media and events company?

We are seeking a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to join a growing team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of two marketing professionals, lead high-impact campaigns, and directly influence the success of multiple respected brands across various industries.

The Role:

As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands. You'll work closely with directors and cross-departmental teams, taking ownership of campaigns, driving audience engagement, and overseeing marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team, including a Content Editor and Graphic Designer.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, ensuring clear success metrics are defined and achieved.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise future initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, SEO, digital PR, and social media management.
  • Research and develop new marketing partnerships to enhance brand authority and reach.
  • Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to improve customer retention metrics and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends to ensure continuous improvement in campaigns and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a marketing role with proven success in delivering impactful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp), SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management.
  • Previous management experience is required
  • Proactive, driven, and motivated to take ownership of projects and contribute to company success.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
