My client, a national Construction Equipment company are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join their fast-growing team.
Duties of the National Sales Manager role:
- Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently.
- Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members.
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients
- Conduct performance reviews for all members of the management team.
- Ensuring the delivery of high service standards.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved.
What the successful National Sales Manager will need to succeed:
- A proven track record in a National Sales Manager role
- Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access or Hire sales industry
- Experienced in people management systems and processes
- Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally.
- A proven track record of guiding a team to success
- A full, valid driving licence
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills
- A continuous improvement mind-set
