My client, a national Construction Equipment company are currently looking for a National Sales Manager to join their fast-growing team.

Duties of the National Sales Manager role:

  • Liaising with all departments including Sales, Fleet, Engineering, Human Resources, and rentals/leasing to ensure operations function efficiently.
  • Overseeing personal training plans and progression of staff members.
  • Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
  • Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients
  • Conduct performance reviews for all members of the management team.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high service standards.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved.

What the successful National Sales Manager will need to succeed:

  • A proven track record in a National Sales Manager role
  • Ideally have a background within the Plant, Powered Access or Hire sales industry
  • Experienced in people management systems and processes
  • Ability to consult and negotiate, internally and externally.
  • A proven track record of guiding a team to success
  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.
