Regional Field Sales Manager - Utilities and Telecoms, covering Yorkshire (East Riding of Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire). £50,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE (uncapped) + Car Allowance and Benefits
This brilliant people management role requires a hands-on, straightforward people leader who manages B2B salespeople focused on both account management and new business generation. Please do not apply unless you have a minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience in B2B Field sales.
To succeed as a Regional Sales Manager, you'll need:
- A proven track record of success managing sales professionals in B2B field sales, B2B door-to-door sales, or face-to-face B2B sales environments.
- Ideal backgrounds would be leading a team selling FMCG Products, Utilities, Consumer Goods, B2B Solutions or FM Services.
- You will have been well-trained in both sales and sales leadership.
- You must live 'on patch' in Yorkshire.
- You will be a natural coach with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- You will manage by data, KPIs and follow a sales process that works.
- We're seeking a results-oriented, customer-focused sales leader who is passionate about exceeding expectations and driving continuous improvement.
- As the company are FCA-regulated, you must also be confident of passing background checks, which include adverse credit history (i.e., no outstanding CCJs), disqualified directors and DBS Checks.
