Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager (North) to oversee sales and operations across the northern regions, including Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and implementing growth strategies to ensure efficient operations and outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand business in the northern regions.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong Leadership and Account management abilities.
  • Excellent Strategic Planning and Decision Making skills.
  • Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal capabilities.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or chemical resins is a plus.
