The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and implementing growth strategies to ensure efficient operations and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand business in the northern regions.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue and achieve company targets.
- Oversee regional accounts to ensure all opportunities are nurtured.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional strategy with company goals.

- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Strong Leadership and Account management abilities.
- Excellent Strategic Planning and Decision Making skills.
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal capabilities.
- Knowledge of the construction industry or chemical resins is a plus.
