Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of rigging salespeople as the division grows
  • Attend client meetings to showcase and provide expert advice on rigging products, including chain hoists, clamps, and truss
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
  • Reignite relationships with existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow key supplier relationships to ensure seamless product availability and service
  • Provide top-level account management, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Take full responsibility for the growth and profitability of the rigging division
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong management experience within the events and entertainment industry
  • Sales experience isn't a requirement but would be beneficial
  • A solid understanding of rigging products, such as chain hoists, clamps, and truss
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills and a results-driven attitude
