Sales Account Manager (Leeds, West Yorkshire)

Our client is a supplier of products, services, and solutions to the retail industry. They have enjoyed significant growth and are currently recruiting a Sales Account Manager.

The Sales Account Manager will be a driven, self motivated and an experienced telesales professional who is confident making outbound calls to an existing/established customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customers base.
  • Good Communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Able to handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction on the in-house system databases.
  • Generate leads through cold calling and utilising other sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with emphasis placed on maintain and developing repeat customer business.

  • Extensive experience in outbound sales and closing deals with a passion for sales!
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and account management.

The Sales Account Manager position is offering £26,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary OTE £36,000+ plus benefits, including 23 days holiday + statutory to the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client’s office in Leeds, working Monday - Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm.
