Our client is a supplier of products, services, and solutions to the retail industry. They have enjoyed significant growth and are currently recruiting a Sales Account Manager.

The Sales Account Manager will be a driven, self motivated and an experienced telesales professional who is confident making outbound calls to an existing/established customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:

路Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customers base.

路Good Communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone.

路Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

路Able to handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism.

路Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction on the in-house system databases.

路Generate leads through cold calling and utilising other sales techniques.

路Achieve and exceed sales targets with emphasis placed on maintain and developing repeat customer business.

The Sales Account Manager position is offering 拢26,000 - 拢28,000 Basic Salary OTE 拢36,000+ plus benefits, including 23 days holiday + statutory to the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client鈥檚 office in Leeds, working Monday - Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm.
