Salary: 23k w/ Uncapped Commission Opportunity

We are representing a successful and growing local company wanting to expand their team in a friendly and active team based in Leeds. Working alongside incredible corporations such as Iceland, Asda and more in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the tech and software industry.

The Key Duties of the Internal Sales Executive:

  • Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors
  • of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
  • Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives


The Key Skills of the Internal Sales Executive:

  • Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
  • Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
  • Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Customer service and rapport building skills.
